Deerhurst is a private Care Home which joined the Contemplation Care Group in March 2008. Registration: 3 male and female residents aged 18-65 Categories: Learning Disabilities (LD). Bedrooms: 3 single bedrooms (1 en-suite) Bathing: 1 shared bathroom, The bedrooms are equipped and decorated to a high standard and we encourage our residents to bring in personal items such as ornaments and photographs to enable them to feel completely at home. Families can install personal televisions and telephones as they wish. There is a large lounge, separate dining room and large conservatory overlooking the garden for residents and their families to use. There is a large, attractive, well-established garden for the residents to enjoy during fine weather. Residents often have their coffee and tea sitting in the garden with their families. There is ample room for car parking in the grounds The Manager, Mr. Chris Taylor, is registered with the Care Quality Commission as the Manager of Deerhurst. Chris can be contacted at the Home and has the day to day responsibility for the running of the Home. |
